Roofing
We are all lucky to have a "roof over our heads," but how good is the roof protecting your family? At Carden Exteriors, we have experts that will come to your house, inspect your roof and give you a complete, honest evaluation. We will let you know what kind of shape your roof is in and when you should expect to replace it. If you are in fact ready for a new roof, we will provide a free estimate and help you chose the material that is right for your house and your budget.
Different Roofing Materials to Choose From:
Your choice of roofing materials often depends on your locality, as much as on your own personal taste.
Three-Tab Asphalt Shingles: cheapest option, most common in new construction.
Asphalt Architectural Shingles: most widely installed shingles today simply because of price and quick installation.
Lifetime Asphalt Shingles: more high-end option than a 30-year asphalt architectural shingle, but can provide a different look and add more definition to the roof.
Wood Shake: a pricey, but attractive shingle.
Synthetic Shake or Slate Shingles: recycled post-industrial synthetics gaining in popularity. Another high-end option that provides a very attractive, different look. Slate Roofing: highly attractive, and a high-end roofing option.
